Is Trump going to see prison time?

This thread isn't about whether or not he deserves any sort of criminal prison time.

Just if. Does he end up seeing any prison time?

No. If he does get 'prison time', it will on Mar-a-Lago or something similar with Secret Service guards.

How is prison time going to work when the secret service has to be with him at all times?

The biggest problem with commuting Trump's sentence is that he continues to be a threat to the public.

You’re implying this jury of a black judge all black jurors won’t be biased at all if the complete nonsense bs they’ve been spewed about trump?

Do you remember who did the black power sign at the oj Simpson trial?

I’ll go to my grave saying he’s a threat to career politicians as he’s the only one in my lifetime to advocate for term limit it’s; which is why they hated him.

He didn’t accomplish term limits, but not a doubt in my mind they don’t want that gravy train to end and they’ll stop at nothing to make sure it doesn’t.

No, and even the hardcore leftists here know it. They're just coping and trolling with his imprisonment posts.

If the judge and jury truly believed he was guilty of insurrection and sedition crimes, he wouldn't be walking the streets right now. It's an intimidation tactic and an expensive one at the cost of taxpayer money.

But that said, if he does get convicted he really might get pardoned or commuted...and even if not he wouldn't have to go to jail until his appeals are exhausted, which could potentially be for the rest of his life.

And if he wins, the charges will either go away or he'll pardon himself. So, not terribly likely he's going to jail anytime soon imo.

These are all just not positive developments for him.

He tried to steal the election. He called states asking them to find votes. He tried to get his VP to violate his constitutional duty. He schemed to get fake electors sent to override the actual votes of states.
