I've typed this before but I'll type it again - based on what's happening in the world and the power shift it makes perfect fuking sense. Think of the divide between the East and West like a pendulum clock.

In the early history of the world the East reigned supreme with the Middle Eastern kingdoms and those within China and SE Asia. Then as Europeans started to expand they created their Western expansion and since at the time the view of being "White" was held in high regard they were pretty much easily able to manipulate and conquer the areas that they expanded into. This ideal has held strong until roughly the late 1800's when Whites started to relinquish control and cede lands back to the original populations. Take Hong Kong and areas of Africa and the Pacific as examples of returning ownership.

The UK is perhaps the one singular greatest example of "boom and bust". The old adage "The sun never sets on the British Empire", has now been reduced back to the UK having primarily only ownership and influence from when it first started - the UK.

Going back to the pendulum scenario. With the amount of immigration and "pussification" of societies in the West today we're seeing Western influence increasingly shrink further and further. Outside of the Western bubble most of the general world's population views the West as being ill, crime ridden, gender confused, and a lack of devotion to morals and work ethic.

Because of this squabbling going on within Western countries, the ME and Asia have taken full advantage and have been ramping up their economies, building infrastructure, and sending their future generations to get top tier educations and then bringing them back to their countries or keeping them over there to "spread their influence" and give kickbacks back home. The West has been stupid enough to think it's not going to change anything and whenever there is a feeling of being "threatened" the only recourse is to simply say we're going to "bomb you".

Well, bombs are just a temporary fix to a permanent problem that has been created from within the West itself. True power doesn't come from shooting and bombing people. It comes from within. Within being an educated population (U.S. college rates/graduations are plummeting), building infrastructure (most current Asian and ME cities mog the fuk out of cities in the U.S. say for NYC or downtown areas of metropolitan areas), and giving citizens a sense of purpose and that the work they do truly benefits their country (the American mentality is that it's everyone for themselves and that asking for help is seen as a sign of weakness or "being a pussy".

Combine all of these elements together and you can see the pendulum is shifting. The East is now slowly overtaking the West and the West is in a current downward spiral that I don't think it can really recover from. The brakes are broken and all logic and reason has gone out the window aka Clown World.

As with the Roman Empire we really kind of fuked ourselves. Another adage is that "History repeats itself". Well, that's exactly what is happening. The West is withering away from the inside out just like the Roman Empire and the East is poised to fill the void.

Lower education rates than ever, kids failing basic education, infrastructure is outdated and poorly maintained, and we're divided now as a country between the race and LGBTQ stuff than we've ever been before. United we stand and divided we fall. Since we're divided we're inevitable going to fall and that is exactly what's happening.
