Occasionally I have days where I spend $0 but mostly in the winter when I'm stuck at home on the weekends. Had an expensive month this month. Going on a Mediterranean cruise over labor day

I spend three times a week, & never leave my town unless the weekends. Own my own business and buy my supplies once a week, has once a week, grocery store once a week, and maybe out to dinner twice a week with the wife. I buy everything in bulk. Saves money, time & gas.

If I'm busy AF and just can't get away I might eat lunch and dinner at home. Otherwise, I gotta get out to a restaurant/Publix at least once a day just to switch it up and get out of the house

work takes me to some remote communities where I can go a few days without spending. If I had a small hobby farms I would definitely try harder at being self-sufficient. Saving money feels good, almost as good as making them.
