U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein, the oldest member of Congress, fell in her home and went to a hospital for a short time, her office said on Wednesday.
The 90-year-old California Democrat, who has faced mounting concerns about her health and her ability to perform the duties of a senator, “briefly went to the hospital yesterday afternoon as a precaution after a minor fall in her home,” her office said in a statement.
All of her scans were clear, and she returned home later Tuesday, said her spokesman Adam Russell, who provided no further details.

How can she possibly be allowed to serve out her term in government? Is there not a process for this?

I thought I read last year Dementia Feinstein had announced she wasn't running in 2024. Her staff keep media away from her, afraid of what she'll say. Should have retired with Obama.
Yeah Buddyyy! Light weight! Light weight baby!!!!

I mean, they're going todieany day now for a lot of them, however they are so high on power that they can't even grasp their own mortality as though they're going to live another several decades or something. It's political dogma to them that theybelongin power to make decisions that not only will never affectthempersonally while being predicated on things they cannot relate to on any level. When it's the same generations and families in power putting their whims, grudges, and corrupt self-interests ahead of the common people, then it's no different from the sort of rule that the founding fathers desired to avoid at all costs.
