I was 162~5 lbs when I cut down to 8% bodyfat a couple of years ago. Pretty much starved myself to 8% bodyfat. You are the most pathetic poster on here lol.

How are we supposed to answer that if we dont know the "calories out" part of the equation? Anybody that knows the basics about nutrition woud know that that number by itself says nothing.

Are you training 3x a week? 7x a week? How much cardio? How intense is the cardio? Whats your dayjob like? All those things matter.
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

This. There's too many variables to know. 2700 would help me drop the lbs pretty fast around that weight. That being said, I'm a genetic outlier with an extremely high basal metabolic rate (calculators always underestimate for me even totally sedentary) & I'm highly active. There's an extremely high probability that 2700 is too high for you to cut at an adequate rate. My guess is it's below maintenance, but barely.

* Calories Formula - 12X Target Body Weight - Daily Maximum. Example - 12X 200 Pounds Target Weight = 2,400 Calories Max.
* Protein Formula - .82 Grams per Pound of Target Body Weight - Daily Minimum. Example .82 x 200 Pounds Target Weight = 164 Grams.

Train 7 days a week but pretty sedentary otherwise.
