I've lost over a hundred pounds and kept it off.

I'd still be posting workout videos and updates if it wasn't for the untrustworthiness of some Miscers.

Shoutout to car salesman too. His wife is 200lbs as a woman because of all the muscle she has.
Flex also said he was starting a cut like 2-3 years ago.

I think he needs to reevaluate his approach.
