A jury decides whether a defendant is guilty or not.

If the prosecution presents their case and the defendant doesnt defend himself, it would only take 5 minutes for the jury to deliberate and decide that he's guilty on all counts.

I can see the trial, if televised, being the biggest chitshow in history.

His defence is that he believed the election was stolen, so in aid of that defence, he will admit in to evidence all of the stuff that he was never allowed to present to a court, because the cases kept getting thrown out.

Every single bit of smoke, from burst pipes, to suitcases under tables, 4am dumps, mail in votes etc will presented, on camera, to the audience at home.

All the stuff that was never shown by MSM will be shown.

He will get a couple of weeks to just present evidence, all day, every day, to the public.

He doesn't have to prove it was stolen, he just has to prove that he believes it was stolen.

Regardless of whether there was any fire, there is certainly enough smoke to make it very difficult to say that Trump, beyond a reasonable doubt, knew that the election was legitimate.

I said Trump has to convince the jury that what the prosecution is alleging is wrong...which is the whole purpose of hiring a defense attorney.
