Just Got Back From Vacation, Rate Bloated Physique/10 (Ded fkn Srs)

Gained about 8-9 pounds in a week. First pic is before I was bloated, the second pic is me bloated. Back to cutting today. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

The more time goes by, the better my chest looks. After around the 2 month mark I got frustrated because I didn't know it was still healing. Apparently it takes around 12 months to be 100%. Now all I wear is white t-shirts and mog everyone. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

I'm in my early 30s, been lifting since high school for sports. Started taking bodybuilding serious the last few years once I left the army and could be consistent with the gym and diet. I need to bring up my arms, they suck. It's hard for me to make them grow for some reason. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

I think it went mostly to my legs, forearms and shoulders. I got insane pumps just from the carbs. I'm just starting to get vascularity all over my quads. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

This is the dosage I want to try out in ~ 2 years. Very reasonable and effective from what I've seen

Know these feels, OP. brb gain 10 pounds after a camping weekend. Having said that, you don't look any different, really. 'Bloat' is usually in the mind where it's most impactful, not objectively physical. It's more a gross feeling overall.
*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*
*Watch neutron-star density poop mock me as water flushes around it and it stays put crew*
*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*
*Coffee black as midnight on a moonless night crew*
*Fat shame my cat on a daily basis crew*

I know that feeling. Getting that surgery was an A+ decision for me. Didnt had bad gyno or anything but nipples sure looked puffy and in some angles it would just worsen the look a lot. Now it just looks great



Great physique too brah, 9 pounds isnt even that bad. Ive had a 9 kilogram bloat in a 4 day trip before (srs).

Just came back from 5 days traveling where I ate and drank like crazy for the first time all summer. Not evn stepping on the scale but probably gained 10 pounds of water weight.

Will be gone in a week.

Thanks brah! My gyno was exactly the same, mostly just puffy nipples. It makes such a tremendous difference and now I can look 100 times better in fitted shirts without the world seeing my nipples through my shirt. (Super Ded fkn Srs)
