Oldcels (28 years +) what are you doing to stay young?

I've gone the past 10 years with doing nothing to my face but washing with plain old water and have maintained a relatively decent face aging wise. But recently i've started to notice some fine lines and larger pores on my face.

I know most of us on the misc are getting into their 30's now so you must all have to deal with this to. What do you use?

Is a combination of topical oils/moisturizers combined with eating the right foods/supplements essential?

I've been looking into different natural creams/oils, collagen supps, and even a red light laser mask.

I hate the look that botox users have. That fake plasticky look is so offputting I'd rather embrace my aging face and do nothing than loook like that

Staying in shape is important. But unless you are a male model currently slaying 5+ women a week, it's not worth maintaining skin and hair. I'm going bald and that's fine with me. I would be incel either way.

Staying lean helps a ton
Mostly genetics

Get told I look 26, instead of 36 often... although I used to be an everyday drinker for almost a decade. Probably 90% genetics. Feels good losing the alcohol gut this year as well (lost 22 lbs in a matter of 3+ months)

Let's just admit it's almost entirely genetic, like height.
By PT I meant I go see a physical therapist that has worked with many high level athletes. I have a bad shoulder I'm trying to fix that has caused me neck and shoulder pain for years. So I now get regular cupping, scrapping, trigger point release, and go thru a program to fix it, along with other stuff too improve my sport performance. Not just some cookie cutter personal trainer that tells me how many sets of curls to do, or how many sets of lat pull downs. Sometimes it takes more than just pushing and pulling weights. If it didn't help professional athletes/famous people wouldn't be doing it.

But yeah genetics is key. But you gotta at least try and reach and maintain your genetic potential. Most never get there. I mean you can't blame your genetics for chit looks when you don't workout, eat like crap, and drink and do drugs everyday. Not a shot at you just the regular population, you seem to have good genetics for good skin which must be nice. But it's obvious that a bad lifestyle will still drastically overtake your genetics, I mean just before and after pictures of druggies can show you that.

Fasting
Resveratrol
Retinol
Hyaluronic Acid
Moisturizer/Sunscreen

It’s mostly genetics, but you can definitely improve your appearance. If you want to really dive deep into anti-aging down to the cellular level look up Dr David Sinclair.

Know that feel except I’m 37. Balding and grey hair completely wiped out any youthful look. Staying lean and avoiding alcohol is pretty much the only way not to look like absolute chit.

43 in a couple months and I look about my age but relatively fit. Got some grey in my beard. Slowly losing my hair. Wrinkles are coming on. I weigh 195, lift 2x a week and play basketball a couple times. This past summer I ran with my son a couple times a week while he prepped for fall cross country. Longest fun for me was around 9 miles. I just want to maintain my ability to do things as I age, and leave the worrying about apearance to females.

I can confirm, look young for my age too.

But real tea, go to a college campus and you’ll get hit with reality. Don’t look like a student compared to all the young zoomers. Feels bad man

In the morning if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1,000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water-activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub.

Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturiser, then an anti-ageing eye balm followed by a final moisturising protective lotion.

In all seriousness, I just use a face cleanser before shower and retinol before bed. Everyone says I look younger than I am, but I'm not sure if they're just being nice.

Don't drink, don't smoke, be lean, but not too lean, moisturize, get enough sleep, work out, eat healthy, try to avoid chronic stress.

In my early 30s I went on a rampage smashing 19 and 20 year olds.

It started with one, and when I tell you I went to a bbq after and a friend of mine went: "What happened?" I said "Why?" he said "You look 10 years younger dude".

I realized then and there, that smashing tight vag was like drinking from the fountain of youth. I did it so often I gained eternal life, ded fkn srs.
