use face lotion, take care of teeth (floss daily, brush well twice per day minimum), drink lots of water, stay active and lift

Cutting down on booze and smoking is a big factor. Being lean obviously improves your overall look, so I'm working on that. I avoid being in the sun for too long unless it's a part of something else I'm doing, like fishing. Other than that, staying hydrated and getting enough sleep are the biggest factors. I can look 10 years older or younger within a week of doing or neglecting those things.

I'm bald, but besides that I am in great shape, feel great, and look fit and healthy. I'm 32 years old. No health issues. All past digestive issues cured via diet. Obviously aging is genetics as well.

I switch between keto and moderate carb based diets. I eat mostly whole foods, veggies/eggs from farmstands or my garden, raw milk and raw milk based products, and grass fed and grass finished meat. 90-95% of what I eat is from me cooking now.

I don't drink, never smoked, haven't done any drugs. Get 7-8 hours of sleep every night. I have an all natural organic oil based moisturizer for my face (dry skin crew), and only use natural based products for washing. Toothpaste with no fluoride and do oil pulling. Teeth are the best they've ever been. Only drink mountain/spring/artesian water because of the trace mineral content. I take zero supplements. I get sun almost daily when I can for short periods. Maintain a 12-14% bf year round now. Stay active but way less strength training for now.
