It's the fact that you're talking about plastic surgery while doing so many counterproductive things despite our advice, including:

-still wearing glasses

-not showering daily
-only using the gym as a pickup spot

And regardless, you still seem to have decent success - no harsh rejections, and you're getting numbers at least. Opting for plastic surgery is just an insane leap.

I've put the idea of getting contacts on hold. I had already sent the LinkedIn DM so replying to it isn't a big deal, imo. I am showering at least once every 2 days (and washing my hair much more frequently than I used to). I've got 3 matches on Tinder and reactivated my Facebook so I may try dating on there. As I said in a prior post, I'll try to approach a woman at the gym tonight. I'm still talking to the woman from the gym - her and are I meeting tomorrow for lunch. She writes long texts(see screenshot). Seems like a good sign, but idk, as she told me she isn't single. I'm working very hard with my cut - that will improve my facial aesthetics. I don't think considering plastic surgery is an insane leap. I thought about it over a decade ago, but didn't pursue it because I was a chicken and poor.

She's a single mom. I'm trying to be accommodating. And it's a rental car because I sold my car in July of last year since I WFH and was doomermaxxing.I showered today because I just got back from the gym and I'll likely be showering twice tomorrow and once on Sunday. I haven't been going outside on my off days from the gym, so I tend to not shower on those days.

I've been scared to ask her over text. I didn't follow up after she told me she's not single. I plan on asking her tomorrow in person. The goal is to have lunch with her then (assuming it goes well) invite her back to see my place and go over some basic investing material (e.g., setup a Coinbase account).
