Thicker dink = premature ejaculation?

I'm 28 and have had this issue my whole life boyos.

I have tried all the tricks online such as think about ur grandma's poosy, etc. None have worked.

I even bought a fleshlight and tried practicing. I have to set the tightness/suction to the loosest setting and the sensation is still too strong.

I thought that getting old would help but nope. Makes no difference.

Doesn't help that I'm anteater crew and have all my God given penor nerve endings.

Only thing that works is to rinsemaxx hard as fuk so my dink get's desensitized.

What do?
