That doesn't sound like a good idea bro...gains don't work like that. I was able to get away with training everyday when I was a beginner because I just wasn't strong enough to cause that much stress to my body. But now 3-4x a week is as much as I can handle and still make gains. More than that and I stall or even get weaker.
Training 2x a day can work if you isolate body parts. Like instead of doing back and biceps in one workout, you can hit back in the morning and biceps in the evening. But don't increase the volume. Do the same amount of volume as if you did it all in one workout. The theory is you won't be quite as fatigued and can recover some of the glycogen back into the muscles to train the second muscle group with a bit more intensity. But make sure you recover. That's when the gains happen.

Why not just do everything in one session?
Only reason I would do two is a workout in the first one, and then come back later for a cardio session (if I didn't have time in the morning) or for a steamroom session. Not to workout twice in a single day though

I remember reading there was a Russian powerlifting team that trained 2x/day with great success, but they were also probably on gear (which helps with recovery).
If you are doing compound lifts, and your CNS isn't taxed for the rest of the day, you aren't lifting hard enough in the first session. If you didn't do it right the first time, you aren't going to do it right the second time, so why bother? Nattys build strength and muscle in the recovery. Not the actual exercise session.
The body is a whole unit. You can do a split, but now your splitting your recovery and it isn't an infinite source. So something will suffer.

That's just how the progression seems to work.Well right now I can only db press 95, rdl 345, squat 285 so maybe I can keep getting stronger for awhile?

Agreed, I always got my best gains from training at a high intensity and going near or to failure.

Ahnold did two a days
Legs in the morning then chest or back later in the day.
He always rode his bycycle to the gym and back home every day.
The month leading up to a show his workouts consisted supersets.
