OP is seriously in clinical depression. He's tried all the options, and feels he's at the end of them. He's not like a black version of Kormo (hope he gets better). He craves a meaningful relationship and doesn't want to go through this life forever alone.

BBMG, all I can say is that depression ebbs and flows, but you know this. I hope you start feeling better. I still say you should continue to barmaxx, if anything, it'll be a reprieve from just sitting alone in your home feeling sorry for yourself.

I know it isn't ideal, but when you get older, females priorities and expectations do change. Yeah, it still sucks not landing a sloot in their prime.

There is also foster care and adoption. I will say, it'll suck doing it as a single male, but you can still raise a kid, even if you get older.

I never asked anyone for help. Help isnt possible unless the misc is going to pay for plastic surgery. The situation is what it is, it cant be changed.
