It's mental. If I get too busy with work stuff then I get stuck in rut and my libido starts dropping. I also get pretty stressed out.

Yep. I tried it years ago and around day 10, my libido plummeted. It was legit scary man.

I think a couple days of refrain helps a bit, but nothing more than 2 days.

How is doing something that is biologically designed to feel great, so that you perform the act that causes that feeling, so that you ensure the continuation of the species, supposed to be a life hack to superhero status? I don't masturbate more than maybe once per year tho. I only nut in my gf. If I don't nut in her for longer than 2-3 days, my libido starts to plummet and I feel like chit.

When was single and did NoFap (years ago at this point), I was NOT extra horny around women like you're saying. My body shut down and I felt asexual. I had to "prime the pump" every couple days or I lost interest in sex in general. I went 10+ days no nut a couple times. I had 0 libido every time. It's like how when you're fasting and your hunger signals just shut off. I'm actually the EXACT same way with food. 4-6 hours without eating and I'm extremely hungry, but 8-16 & I feel no desire to eat. This is with confirmed high test levels (800-1000 ng/dl) mind you.
