Do you believe in snitching

If someone you know is accused of a crime, is it ok to rat on them when interrogated?

Is it ok to rat on a stranger but not a friend?

Prime example of how low iq joggers are. That they're okay with normalizing criminal behavior to uphold some backwards street code that only hurts their communities.
