Been practicing the Haviland Slice. Added some more banana and dates in this one for moisture. Olive bread is my favorite one - with a little bit of oregano and garlic powder in the dough too, tons of Divina olives sliced. And then just a simple whipped ricotta spread on top hnnnnnnngh.

Red used to run a 'my pies' thread, maybe if we got some bakers together we could contribute something too.
