Started about 10 years ago. Took a few years off here and there due to injury and to practice boxing and muay thai in btw so around 4~5 years of very inconsistent training.

According to misc standards, those are the numbers you should be hitting on your very first every attempt of lifting weights.

Would need to see how the reps are performed but still any way you cut it, even with the chittiest reps that's incredibly impressive for anyone but nerds on the internet who could never do it or on misc where everyone close grips 1000 lbs.

I've never done 225x8 on incline, but I've never tried. Most people can't do one rep of that, or 225x8 on bench or squat

Haven't done 1RM in a LONG while (tested at 335 over a year ago), but I work with 315 for sets of 4-5 to maintain strength until my pendlay row evens out with my bench. Currently able to 4x275 strict pendlay.

I think I could maybe hit 340-350?
