Micro dosing should be part of everyone’s routine. There probably wouldn’t be so many miserable weirdos in here. Regular micro + occasional macro is one of life’s many hacks

I accidentally took a mega macro dose once. Ate an entire jar of very potent and very dense penis envy, probably 25+ grams. It was literally a 5-6 hour breakthrough trip. Not unlike dmt, only multiple hours rather than 15-20 minutes. It was life changing.... Not gonna do it again and wouldn't recommend it though, that chit was intense

But out of my 6 or so experiences 5 have been scary as fukk. They start amazing and then go south very quick.

Mushrooms have been very healing ime. Glad veterans are finally able to use them legally in some places.

I dont doubt it bro. I see the positive apects. My problem comes with the mind. As soon as i think of a bad thought its game over and my whole trip gets sucked into that bad thought.

I tried microdosing and didnt notice much. I didnt have a long term regime. Just took the dose off and on for a few weeks and noticed nothing. If i followed a program like Paul Stamets guidline im sure i would have better success.

Sometimes higher doses have less anxiety. Just because low doses, you still have enough (not really sure of the word) mental control to try to fight the trip. Higher doses just suck you in and your just going along for the ride. That was my experience at least. But I'd have a sitter for at least the first higher dose.

I always felt a bit sick or off with the portobello's. A nice drive on Lake Shore Drive was always a better experience.

This doesn’t sound accurate unless they were fresh (not dried). 25 grams fresh is equal to 2.5 dried. Also it would have to be a gigantic jar to hold 25 grams of dried portabellas, a 1 quart jar will not even hold 14 grams. Also again, 2.5 grams of penis envy is enough to send you into a different world. No one has ever eaten 25 grams (dry) of those, ever.
