To me, citruline is another supplement like creatine that doesn’t make sense not to take. Improved blood flow could help blood pressure, pumpmaxxed in the gym, Better bedroom performance etc

My stack:
Creatine mono 5g
L-Citruline 1500mg
Generic multi
Fish oil 1200mg

Metro stop taking stuff like Creatine bro, and opt for a good electrolyte trust me on this you said you got high blood pressure and people with high blood pressure have weaker kidneys or overworked kidneys so creatine is not good for people with those issues.

My teacher always drank electrolytes cause the blood pressure medicine he was taking was similar to a diuretic and would flush magnesium, potassium, but his heart palpitations went away when he started drinking a coconut based electrolyte.

Forgot to mention I typically mix my creatine and citruline into a flavored electrolyte powder from Gatorade.

I hadn’t heard that about creatine and HBP. Will def do some research on this

When you take fish oil it must be TOP TIER none of the cheap chit at costco or CVS or walmart

Nordic Naturals, Carlson are good they also have a Prescription form of fish oil you get from your doctor

They help with headaches big time, and clarity and dry skin and hair

One of the supplements I used to take that helpd me big time with energy levels was CoQ10, I would take that every morning and never get tired through out the day, helps with stamina and conditioning too. Also great for heart health. Dont take it at night though you will get insomnia and not be able to sleep

Most people in USA are deficient in Magnesium so that would be a good recommendation since most Americans drink loads of sodas and junk and dotn eat leafy greens.

D3 and K2 gummies is what I take right now and also low sodium Coconut electrolytes when I workout or sweat a lot to replenish me.

I’ve been taking maca root powder (5g a day); it’s helped with libido and overall mood. In for multivitamin suggestions.

Gatorade is the WORST electrolyte to high in sodium you only need that if you are sweating profusely, also loaded with sugars and food coloring that is not good for the heart and kidneys. and their zero sugar one is loaded with artificial flavoring an sugars and colors.

Try Ultima Electrolyte powder better, its zero sugars they used stevia and also LOW sodium only 55mg compared to some of the other drinks with 250 mg to 1000mg sodium

They have a sampler pack for 7.99 to see if you like it they sell them prettymuch at target, walmart etc

https://www.ultimareplenisher.com/pr...ickpacks-trial

You told me sometimes you get heart palpitations, Try to remove creatine and citruline and just drink Body Armor low sodium electrolyte its coconut based, or use ultima powder do that for two weeks. Drink the electrolyte every other day or workout days and drink water no sodas or coffee or milks

And see if that helps you with your issues since you already take BP meds

Creapure creatine mono - 5g (doesn't bloat or cramp me)
Carlson's fish oil - 10ml (lots of benefits, but it helps the most keeping my joints feeling good)
Animal pak 1/day (I get it for like 28 bucks a tub)
Ceylon cinnamon with my biggest meal (Keeps my blood sugar low)
ZMA (if I can's sleep)
Tumeric (if I have soreness or joint pain that won't go away)
Garlic extract (heart health)

I also grow Jiaogulan and drink that with green tea in the morning, not sure what benefit it has but when I was in China a lot of old dudes in their 90s and 100s say it's how they keep healthy.

Besides creatine, and whey protein(if you eat like an average person), I don't think any mainstream sup is worth it.
Taking phenibut before a workout has helped me stay in the gym longer because its so much more enjoyable, and preworkouts that aren't for human consumption have made a difference(dmaa).
But bang for your buck nothing is probably worth it compared to cell tech or some medical prescription products.

On a cold Friday afternoon, I had come home from school. I had been thinking of the gym all day. I was hungry, didn't have any lunch. In fact, I didn't eat because I spent the money. For the past month I was saving up for something. Something special which I bought at GNC. I was surprised they didn't ask for ID; I was pretty sure the cashier noticed how nervous I was. Anyways, my mom asked my how my day was when I got home, but I ignored her. I have more important things to do. I run to the bathroom and unpack my bag. In my school bag is a white plastic bag from GNC. I open the bag, first removing the receipt and flushing it down the toilet to get rid of the evidence. My heart was racing now. I unpack the creatine monster from the bag.

I wonder what people will be asking me when they see that I will be 50lbs heavier. Should I say I was just eating a lot? I remove the label from the tub and tear it into a thousand small pieces. I flush that down the toilet, too. It is time now. I run up to my room when my mom ask me what I am holding. I panic, sweat drips down my forehead and my teeth chatter. "Mom, it's just for a school project". "What project?" "I don't know mom I just started it!". A tear runs down my cheek. I run upstairs and open the creatine, scooping upservings into a clear water bottle. What have I gotten myself into? I fill it with water and drink it. There is no turning back now. The creatine monster is inside me now, it will control me. What should I do if I die? I cant let my family know about this.

I open the creatine tub and throw it all out the window; a white cloud of mysterious dust sparkles into the wind so graciously. I feel the substance taking control of me; I am now the monster. I walk downstairs, its time to work out; time to get big. Now I worry, I don't want to get too big; people will think I use steroids. I do use steroids. No I don't. Creatine. All I see is the weights now, I am almost downstairs when I hear "Do you want a cookie I just baked". I know I do not have time for this **** now. "No mom I do not want a cookie" I walk in the basement and drop to my knees before the weights, tears running down my cheeks. I turn to the right and look at myself in the mirror. Oh no, what have I done?

Essential basics: multi, extra vitamin D, extra magnesium, vitamin c, because multi never has enough of those, collagen, probiotics, creatine.

Everyone should take the above, also calcium unless you eat dairy regularly, also, supplements should be organic, Whole Foods-based, and third-party tested, none of that garbage from your local pharmacy.

Then there is some more specific stuff that should be tailored to individual people, for me personally, I take some typical pre-workout stuff, ashwagandha, some mushroom stuff, and definitely turmeric and joint formula,

Bro Im scared of Digestive Enzymes they gave my mom serious cramps she got them from her Doctor, those chewables.

I think just eat Papaya and take glutamine or Glutamine rich foods which supposedly repair the gut lining. All while eating a clean diet.

I don't know short of TRT what is worth it. Maybe some healing cocktail of stem cells, HGH, etc.
