I have no idea. I do know that sending people checks to stay home for 2 years was dumb. Part of that is on Biden.

Hold a gun to my head, I'd have increased unemployment benes and that's it. You lose your job we'll give you some more money. But sending out checks to all the poors certainly wasn't helpful. So Trump spent $3.8T and Biden spent $1.9T on covid. I'll say $1T would have sufficed.
