I take biotech whey protein and it has 1500 mg creatine monohydrate per 30g serving

Is this legit? Does it mean I don't have to take additional creatine monohydrate since I'll be getting more than 5g of creatine per day from consuming this since I easily drink 100g+ protein per day.

You might want to cut back on consuming that much chemical powder breh.

Just eat steak or eggs.

Hnnng love beef jerky. Kinda expensive though.
