You're too impaired to know what your problem is to be honest. And if you know so much... why do you keep ending up in this situation?

You obviously don't want to be there. So do something about it.

A bottle of wine is too much. For me it mixes with my medication so I can get really drunk on 2 drinks. It's really bad to drink around young children to "unwind". I know Havoc posted that thread about women's drinking increasing lately.

I would just have a glass of wine at night but then sometimes have several drinks on the weekends. So I cut out the daily wine and now I have maybe 2-3 drinks a month.

Bruh you still haven't been clear about how much you actually drink when you're "spiraling". Answer the fukkin questions ph4ggot.

Do you drink ONLY light beers, or also other stuff?
On a bad "spiraling" day, how much do you drink in total?

How many in a day though? All day is definitely bad though. Looks like you're on your way to quitting which is good, but if you ever wanna do it in a sustainable day you wanna have a certain cutoff time before which you don't drink.

Please tell me you don't live with them and it's just some kind of financial support.

I used to have a period like that except I was smoking the weed and I supported myself.

You seem to have some problems functioning in your normal day to day life so I'd assume it's not a very good thing.

Well you don’t have a job. If I didn’t have a job, I would have gone back to rehab way sooner before I developed jaundice and ascites from liver cirrhosis. It’s possible you have liver issues right now but are asymptomatic. I was asymptomatic up until the last couple months. Sure I was throwing up and everything but that was just acute pancreatitis.

So you’re pretty fortunate that you don’t have any commitments or responsibilities to prevent you from going to seek medical help.

If your main concern is withdrawal, you should at least go through a 9-day detox.

****ing lmao you jokers

From 16-19 of age I drank a few beers occasionally at parties a few times per year. Then, I just literally quit cold turkey and I am 26 now and havent had a sip, will maintain this for life.

Literally the easiest thing I have done and can continuously maintain.

Not claiming it is the same if you have been a regular drinker for a lot of time, just have no idea how people get so much into it.

I mean if your goal is to die young and in a very painful way, it seems like you’re doing a good job of accomplishing that goal.
