Your other thread made me break my nightly drinking streak last night. I had almost no sleep because of it. Im tapering off and gonna try and take a long break srs.

Im gonna drink less tonight than i drank 2 days ago. Time to get off the sauce boyo!

Hard workouts, long runs/sprints in nature, hot sauna, ice cold baths etc

go extreme in a different direction.

Also these release dopamine and endorphins and will mitigate to some extent the withdrawals

as someone who is legit 10 times worse than you im gonna be real.either stop drinking low abv beer or quit.i get 30 packs of natural ice and i make last 2 3 days if im lucky.your drinking so much beer cause its piss water.i dont think i could even get half drunk on an 18 pack of coors light.either switch the game up or quit.this my 3 day without drinking.i usually only go that long if im in jail or detox.my doctor prescibed me Naltrexone and it kinda works for cravings.its mostly prescibed to heroin addicts but can be prescibed for alcohism.
now if your REALLY SERIOUS they have a shot you can take but if you drink after you take it you will get sick.i wont take the shot but it might help you.im ded fkn srs about everything i just wrote.wish i never started drinking.ruined my life
