Someone said Coors light is only 2% alcohol...so that's like 10 cans of Heineken 5%....shouldn't be a problem if he was drinking over a longer span of time and ate something in between..

You keep drinking a ton every day and coping/lying to yourself that you are tapering.

Why on earth would you even start drinking again after rehab? That week or two there gave you the start needed to stop, should’ve just quit then and there

Yeah I know this one...where the person who likes drinking alcohol regularly decides to quit it for sometime....then when he's back to it again...they end up drinking lot more then before....what's the point of stopping then really? The key is just not to turn into an alcoholic.

Just go to rehab for two weeks and use that as the launching pad to never ever drink again.

Or else the kindling will be worse next time. And the next time. Until you die a painful death

Who gives a phuck. Go to rehab. Your life depends on you quitting alcohol forever. Your body and brain can no longer handle it, kindling will cause progressively worse withdrawal symptoms.

If by “sipping” you mean tapering, you haven’t been doing that. Alcohol intake is supposed to steadily decrease until you are at zero, but you are still drinking 20 beers after “sipping”

let's start at simple objectives

drink to where i can shower and eat

sounds bad but is reality

imagine needing to maintain a synthetic drinking pace in order to accomplish things
