Not that I'm super optimistic about the current US, but damn, between its housing crisis and the legal euthanization numbers, Canada is indeed looking pretty fkd.

that only checks out when you're going by big city pricing.

i imagine housing would be alot cheaper if you built up your smaller towns instead...

canada is one of the least populated countried by sq/km in the world so theres no excuse for it really other than idiot city slicker's and their greed

All according to plan

Schwab was born to Eugen Wilhelm Schwab and Erika Epprecht[2][3] in Ravensburg. His parents had moved from Switzerland to Germany during the Third Reich in order for his father to assume the role of director at Escher Wyss AG, an industrial company and contractor for the Nazi regime.

If people want a conspiracy theory to jump on and almost sorta makes sense, maybe COVID was released to thin the aging herd and reduce our retirement burdens as that’s almost exclusively who is at risk from it

unfortunately it proves a point about Canada and many 1st world host nations...the current population is not as smart as they thought they were - 2nd and 3rd world students get better grades, work harder and work for less. You cannot argue the point, regardless of the 'why', that is the truth.

While Canadians are getting shafted by their own government, they are unable to to appreciate the greener grass they live on.

It's barely done anything to the aging herd.

Senescence is still the #1 cause of death by a huge, huge margin.

Pretty sure Canada has a COL crisis right now and are half Indian with little to no positive outlook given they voted for a legit flaming dicksukker for a PM.

Then add in the real estate crisis in Vancouver where 1/3 of the homes are owned by Chinese homebuyers/investors/money launderers.

Canada is the anus of North America and that is saying A LOT when we also have Mexico.

This guy is borderline intellectual functioning or just trolling.

His initial argument re this thread was that he watched some YouTube videos from renowned YouTubers and Canada looked nice.

It has definitely tipped in favour of the US being better.

Used to be that Canada had the welfare state stuff, low crime/safe, no guns, etc. Now that's even changing.

Our economy, demographics, house prices, etc. are all garbage. Healthcare failing. Bad weather on top of it.

Lmao. Bro you need to get to the US somehow. You're one of the few Canadians I'll accept here.

I searched up Toronto new year 2023 and it was literally entirely Indian. You need to get out.

Honestly I believe this to be 100% FACT.

Most tech jobs can be taken over by AI far more easily than physical labor.

No one wants to be a tradie, yet everyone keeps reproducing at WARP speed which requires obscene amounts of new construction.

Tradies gonna be the new techie.
