I guess that's the price you pay to have a utopian society with a homicide rate of 0.23 per 100k.

Thats how it should be, I get pissed everytime I hear about someone making over 100K doing a job that does not produce any real value other than making the product or service more expensive to pay for the bloated company salaries.

Granted I do quite well but I produce actual goods and provide service. My customer comes straight to me and I tell them the price and they can take it or leave it. Just about always I'll get the business because my cost is lower than the competition because they pay someone to "sell" to customers that almost literally have no choice but to fix their chit.

It's not about building houses. You can't build enough when you import 1 million+ new people per year. End immigration or lose everything. It's not about building houses. You can't build enough when you import 1 million+ new people per year. End immigration or lose everything.

It takes 4 times as long to build in Canada as the US coupled with the fact 30 percent of the costs go to the government before construction even begins.

Developers aren’t stupid so won’t build unless they can make some money.

And the government won’t get rid of these administrative costs because they are so indebted.

As if all this wasn’t enough they are brining in 1.2 million immigrants a year.

Also central banks are targeting a supply side inflation problem by trying to crush demand w increasing rates when policy should be loose to promote construction and chit.

Basically Canada is done. Most countries have to deal with the lockdown fallout but Canada has a whole host of other issues.

Again...

When, not if, you have had enough, please have the character to stay and deal with the problems you helped created.

But we all know you won't, because you are, and will always be a beavercel.
