A can of Red Bull only has 77mg of caffeine.

5 cans is 385mg

400mg per day is the max a healthy adult can drink safely.

I was getting a Red Bull the other day for the first time in years and noticed this…

Yet that thing is like three ****ing dollars, for pretty much a small can of Mountain Dewlevel caffeine.

The next size up is like 110mg caffeine, less than a monster, like 4 bucks.

The NEXT size up, the huge one, is five-something dollars, and has 180mg caffeine, the same amount the weakest monster energies have. Stronger ones have like 200mg, and **** like Reign has 300mg. For like $2.50…

Anway, all that to say is I’m not drinking that **** again.

ya it's expensive when you buy them in a gas station

i bought a 24 pack on amazon cuz it was on sale and it's not too bad
