i spent a lot of time at .2 after a drink probably so i created a new normal

only takes a few days of heavy drinking to do that

once i get to zero, i'm just gonna do what i did last time which was to drink them spaced out throughout the day until i got sick of it and just stop

gotta admit, the slight relief from each one makes me rly wanna chain a second one to it frk
