I missed that thread, but Fin will grow some hair back for people if they get on it early enough and minox will make the hairs thicker and may keep the follicle alive if it hasn't turned into scar tissue and closed up permanently, but other than that, you'll need a transplant.

If you stand to lose more hair, Norwood 5, 6 or 7, you'll need to stay on the Fin to continue blocking DHT, otherwise, whatever isn't transplanted hair is going to fall out, front/top/back.
