Damn man, you have more material things than I do but after you crunch the numbers you are almost in the same shape.

Your numbers just don't add up. Why did you get under such a mortgage payment? How much did you buy your house/condo for?

Do any economic experts think the rates will fall hard soon, I'm thinking next year with a promotion+refinance I should be comfortable living but I'll be sweating until those two events happen

Kinda ****ed because if anything happens you gonna go deep. Also I see no phone payments and bills. Why buy this house alone. Regardless most impressive things is that car payment wtf unless that's insurance.

Take your debt one at a time. Start with rhe smallest . First thing to do is cut up your credit card. Pay it off super fast learn to scrape by and don't buy yourself luxuries right now

Meaning no $200-300 shoes, no $120 Ralph Lauren shirts or cremiux

After you pay off credit card start trippling up your payments on the next debt. Give yourself a five year plan and focus on the end game.

I wouldn’t be shocked to see no rate cuts next year, but that’s not what the market currently thinks will happen

Economy is stronk af, no reason to cut rates

I don't buy fancy stuff but I spend a lot on fishing gear sometimes so I will have to be careful there will definitely cut up my credit card and pay that off in tax season I'm sick of the $80 payments every month they said it will be paid off in 11 years at min payments I as o my doing minimum because I was saving for a house now that **** has to go

It's a 2009 Corolla got it at 2.8% interest on a 3500$ loan

I have around 20k in savings left over after I do the down payment and closing costs so if I lost my job I have like 5 months of mortgage payments
