White dude, grey shirt and hat, at the left corner of the building when the camera pans all the way left has been trying to find his girl's vein for like 10 minutes now even though she's already a zombie. When I first turned it on he was tying his arm off and shooting up before the camera panned away.

Correction - SGP punishes trafficking with the death penalty, not possession with limited quantities within its borders (but with prison time).

That way, they have a very significant and deterring punishment for those who create the problem whilst not punishing the victims severely.


The major drug epicentres of the USA somehow have the worst combination of drug policies AFAIK:

- Not even life in prison for smugglers/in-state smugglers so they dont attack the issue at its root.

- In states where possession is criminalized, they just recycle the addicts in and out of prison. Leaving the slammer with a history of addiction and a record will in most cases make them go back to using.

- In states where liberals have decriminalized possession to copy certain successful outcomes achieved in Portugal/Netherlands, they forgot to plan in the same way with scalable services that offer them support (so the only thing that happened is absolute drug usage went up...)
