Good Will Hunting only because of Robin Williams performance in it.
watch Ordinary People, Judd Hirsch gives a great performance similar to Robins in it, but much older Film by Redford.

Good Will Hunting was more memorable all-around. Dead Poet's Society was great, but I dunno I guess when I finally saw that film it didn't have much of an impact on me as it probably did back then. A maverick shows up to a prestigious private school, doesn't play by the rules, teaches boys more about life than they would have learned otherwise in that school, teacher gets fired for not playing by the rules. I feel I've already heard that story a few times over now.

I only saw Good Will Hunting but for years it was one of my top 5 favorite movies. The scene where Robin Williams and Matt Damon are sitting at the pond, with Williams's character sharing his wife's death from cancer and intelligently telling Damon's character he doesn't know sheit just because he's read a lot, is gold. He knocks the sarcastic, tough guy posturing out of "Will." Great dialogue throughout the film, but I especially like that scene.
Yeah Buddyyy! Light weight! Light weight baby!!!!
