Idk. It's one thing overlooked by the people who like cops on the misc. They're sending people to places where there's a very dark evil happening that's administered by the state.

It would be cool if there was some sort of militant social class that could replace common law enforcement and train cops who could handle it to be part of this elite class. Like feudal japan where samurai ruled over commoners, but protected them. That way justice would be done the right way and not with a prison system like the one we have now.
