Brand loyalty is admittance that one has fallen for business propaganda. We shopped for a new microwave and dishwasher recently. Ended up finding the microwave at Lowe’s online, but found the dishwasher at Bestbuy for way cheaper than HD or Lowe’s.

Competition and shopping around is healthier for our economy. There is more than one kind of loyalty too though; store AND product. Once a company has the market, it begins to make bad decisions, which is a sign it’s time to move on, but few try to hang on.

If i'm looking for a specific item I go to the one that's cheaper. If i'm buying bulk, home depot since its 3 mins away. I don't really care, its really the same **** most of the time.

If you're from Atlanta it's sort of sacrilegious to be anything other than Home Depot crew. Same thing with Delta crew and Coca Cola crew
