What do you plan on using it for? That's pretty expensive for a cellphone and has a lot more power than like 90% of people would ever need on their phone.

I have been using a 5a for over a year with no foreseeable reason to upgrade if that helps. Only reason I went from 3a to 5a is my daughter needed a phone. Otherwise I would still be using that.

one of my phones is the pixel 6a. its pretty good. it has gorilla glass. that said after about 100 drops its starting to show fine cracks.

The most intensive thing I do on my phone is watch youtube. Otherwise, just text, calls, emails, etc. No gaming or crazy stuff.

Your motherboard may die soon. I only made this topic because my 5a's motherboard randomly, suddenly pooped out. It's a manufacturer defect and if you search online it's widespread. I just sent my 5a in for repair (under their extended warranty because of this defect), but I'm still preparing for the worst.

The 6a will easily do all of that and more. You could probably get something a bit cheaper and you'll be just fine.

Sorry bro , I love my tech, cant be dealt with a poverty phone when its the one thing I use daily. All these poverty phones have shortcomings even if its just to text and browse social media.

Does everything you want it to for cheap and you wont cry if you break it.

At this point and those prices I would sit until the Christmas sales. I got my Pixel 7 last year in November for $400. Just keep an eye on Slickdeals. I know some people were buying old Iphones for cheap and trading them into BestBuy for $200 pixel 7s last year.
