I was minding my own business at work yesterday and this nurse (fake bright blonde with a phat a$$) randomly asks me "are you living your best life".

Wtf does this mean. Was this some form of flirting and I'm just autistic? I had this happen before where women just say some random sht out of the blue, I'm confused af
