If you can’t convince 12/12 randoms from Delaware that in 2018 Hunter was, to a moral certainty, addicted to an illegal drug - pffffh he gets nothing and never can be tried again over it.

People take pleas when they think there is an uncomfortable chance they get convicted.
Prosecutors give sweet plea deals to people they like.
There was a case in Florida of a politically connected Cuban who drove into another man's yard, shot the man from the vehicle, chased him down the street while shooting, ran out of bullets, beat the guy with the gun until finally the attackers wife came and took the gun, he then grabbed a large rocked and smashed the mans head somewhere between 6-12 times.
That mans only did 3 years in prison for 2nd degree murder because he was politically connected.
Prosecutors do the same with the grand jury by forcing a no bill.

Now they are trying to charge Trump for crimes from 2020 alone and they can find nothing to charge him with from his decades of life before that, there are no charges on Biden and likely won't be.
They are targeting Trump and using Biden to level the scales, if they were unbiased then they would go after Bushes, Clintons and Obama as well.

I'm not biased, but the investigations are. They are still trying to stonewall the investigations into the Bidens' corruption and bribery because those are the most serious crimes. But that is not a justification to let Trump off and stonewall his investigation as well, it's an argument to make sure you go after the Bidens for their crimes harder.

What statements are there to prove Hunter was addicted? Can’t be some random, would have to be a professional that can give that assessment and posses enough information to do so.
GOOD LUCK!

A statement is proof of nothing, what was the corroborating evidence?
Prosecutors won't even accept confessions anymore without corroborating evidence.

I'm skeptical that much will come of this. This is the same guy that was looking to let Hunter Biden off the hook for everything. Makes me wonder what is the catch.
they just sentenced to prison a bunch of guys for nearly 2 decades for the Jan 6th protest.
A leftist judge just gave a leftist a couple year prison sentence for running over and killing a teenager the killer believed was a MAGA supporter.
With our two tier justice system I'm guessing Hunter will not be penalized.
Your ‘Justice’ System at Work
A leftist ran over and killed a "Republican extremist" teen. How much time did he get?

'I was smoking crack every 15 minutes'
In the spring of 2018, he used his "superpower – finding crack anytime, anywhere" – in Los Angeles. At one point, a dealer pointed a gun at his head before he realized Biden was looking for drugs.
He later learned how to cook drugs and spent a lot of time with thieves, addicts and con artists. "I never slept. There was no clock. Day bled into night and night into day," he writes.
The situation grew out of control. "I was smoking crack every 15 minutes," he writes.
Biden returned to the East Coast in the fall of 2018, again wanting to get better, though that didn't happen.
Eventually, his family tried to stage an intervention. "I don't know what else to do," Joe Biden told him. "I'm so scared. Tell me what to do." His son replied: "Not (expletive) this."

Even a confession is not enough for conviction.

BRB eyewitness testimony means nothing because it’s inconvenient to the position you want to be right on the internet.

A statement in and of itself prove nothing and a lawyer would know that.
If it did then anyone can be tried for anything.
