Anyway, if you had taken basic civics you would know the role of a jury is to look at the evidence and decide what contested facts are true, and what are not.

The jury weighs the evidence in regards to guilt after indictment, before indictment you actually need evidence beyond a statement as a statement in and of itself proves nothing beyond a reasonable doubt.

Its highly addictive and takes very little to become physically and mentally addicted. So, it's possibly beyond reasonable doubt that he was addicted given a bunch of other evidence they have.

He was dumb to falter and let his plea deal unravel because of a concern of future prosecution.

Actually this will be the first fed case where someone gets this charge for lying about drug use where it's one gun and no prior, not used in a crime.
