Is it possible for small dinkcels to receive loyalty from their wife/gf?

Thought it was just a meme/joke. Been doing research and it seems like having a small penor is the biggest dealbreaker in a sloot being loyal. You can be ugly, poor, short, fat, abusive, timid, etc. Doesn't matter. You can find tons of relationships where sloots remain loyal. Small penor? No chance.
