This is “his interpretation”.

“That math has led most of the world, including Japan, Germany, Britain, and Australia, to stop recommending Covid boosters for children and teenagers. In fact, the latter three countries no longer recommend Covid shots for the vast majority of people under 65.”

What part of that statement is inaccurate??

How is he getting predicted events from RR? Are those RR's relative to infected without vaccination?

While risky, I assume he used regression. Are the data and code available? Did he supersize the regression himself?

I've been criticised for sharing estimates in a 10% range. He's got a range of 100,000 events.

There's only 33 slides.

Where's the CDC's math that shows 100,000 - 200,000 bad events?

So you see the source for the saved lives vs myocarditis, correct? Just making sure you’re tracking that before we move on.

I'm just curious about the 100,000 - 200,000 bag things for kids. That seems important.

At the same time, giving teenagers a million additional mRNA doses will cause anywhere from 100,000 to 200,000 cases of severe short-term side effects, such as fevers and nausea.
They will also cause anywhere from 50 to 300 cases of myocarditis severe enough to cause hospitalization (depending on which estimates and what mix of Pfizer and Moderna shots are used).

Also, what does "who is in the hospital" mean? Does that data you provided include only for kids who were hospitalized and required care, or does it also include kids who were brought in with fevers or sore throats and were examined and told to go home and rest and then recovered?

Concerned parents want to know....help us out with that important info.
u can vax ur kid and he will be protected against covid or u wont vax ur kid and he wont be protected against covid, its that simple.

will he end up in hosp or dead or get long covid ? Most likely not, but why risk it, even if its a little risk ? he scared of needles?, he throws a tantrum?, ur too lazy to bring him to hosp, or vaccine is too expensive ? then dont vax him, thats up to u monica

I think this is a key point.

What Berenson doesn't address is that the US is also one of the few, if not the only, "advanced country" without universal/national health insurance.

The CDC can recommend to everyone without any fiscal responsibility because the US has moved covid vaccines over to private funding.

If you can afford insurance, and vaccines are covered, you can get one. If not - no soup for you.

Just dont see why i should not lower the risk of covids effects if theres a vaccine available, no matter how low the risk is ? Vaccine is free here and u can get it from the pharmacy, litterally done in 5 minutes, so its no hassle at all.

I cant think of one good reason why I shouldnt vax ?

You can do whatever you want, shove the vaccine up your ass for all I care. Forcing an experimental vaccine with countless side effects, including death, onto children due to your hypochondria is disgusting. Anyone under 18 has a near 0% chance of hospitalization or death. Medical "professionals" recommending the vax to children should be prosecuted. It's only the cucked NA doing it btw.. wonder why.

Bolded is the concern of a lot of parents, regarding the vax.

I asked you for help with very specific numbers.....since you are in the know. In order for the stats you posted to be relevant, answers to my fair and reasonable questions must be available. Surely you are not just regurgitating info that conveniently coincides with what you want to believe? Surely you have looked into it from all sides to form an informed opinion? Surely?

Your help is truly appreciated, thx in advance.

The latest, updated COVID-19 vaccines should soon be available to everyone and offered largely free of cost, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Though it's the first season that COVID vaccines will no longer be covered by the government, insurance companies as well as government-run programs like Medicaid and Medicare are expected to cover the shot. Pfizer and Moderna had both previously announcedthe vaccines would be listed at between $120 to $130 after they switched to the private market – but that's a price nobody is expected to have to pay.

The estimated 25-30 million adults without insurance or with limited insurance plans will still have access to the vaccines for free through a CDC initiative called the Bridge Access Program. The program is designed to provide vaccines through local health care providers and health centers, and select pharmacies.
