In the UK every McDonald's receipt has a code on it and if you go to their website and submit some feedback you get a code for a Big Mac (or any other burger) and medium fries for £1.99. You can do this indefinitely. Otherwise McDonald's is simply too expensive for what you get.

Back in the college days, we were taught that prices of McDonald's are an important indicator of where the economy stands...and these days it's inflation altogether....so don't be surprised....

Around 4 years ago...I would have been paying 30% less for all that food from McD's (not counting your free McChicken), so that explains it...

when I was in high school during the early 2010's, I could get: 2x mcchickens, 1x double cheeseburger, 1x large drink for $5. Free sauce. Now the same meal is $12+ lmfao

I’ve never known this feel in my life. If I know that I want to eat a lot of food, I just hit up a buffet and eat 3-4 time what you just ate for less money.
