You Brahs Mirin Dinner? (Pic)

-Dry aged ribeye and butter basted with rosemary/garlic/thyme cooked in waygu beef tallow.
-olive oil/melted waygu beef tallow russet potato cooked in air fryer. Seasoned with salt/pepper/smoked paprika/garlic powder
-2 pickles

Lunch I just had left over curry chicken thighs and eggs so had to go with more fat on the dinner.

Legit on cloud 9 eating this meal holy fuk.

Really easy. Just mixed everything in a bowl then threw it in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 15 min. and kept taking it out and shaking it up every few minutes. Then I put it on the bake mode for another 4 or 5 min. at like 350 to make sure it cooked a little longer without burning them. Came out perfect somehow haha.

I actually made a ribeye and mashed potatoes for breakfast after work. Passed out for 4 hours and then went to the gym. I’m going to start eating steak every Saturday

Hell yea. I do once a week where I get a prime cut ribeye and make a legit meal out of it. I eat steak most days, but not like this one. So good.

Thanks boyo. It really looks more medium on these pictures than it was. It was 136 internal when I cut it and was a solid medium rare. Idk why it looks medium and dryer than it was in these pics. Unless you're a rare guy for a cut like this which I also love.

Why would my toilet be in fear? I eat like this all the time with zero issues.

Nah the prime and aged steaks I have to go to whole foods lol. Otherwise I eat grass fed grass finished which are cut a bit thinner and are smaller.
