Should I do Ozempic?

**** diet and exercise. BRB injecting my fat gut once a week has better results than dieting and exercising. Sciencelol.

It doesn't work like that. I exercised 5x a week and ate 1700 calories. I've only lost 10 lbs in 3 months on Ozempic. Granted my Dr. said I take 5 anti-anxiety meds that cause weight gain, so I'm also working on getting off the worst--Abilify.

Go away...

Ozempic is a waste of money, unless you want to be a twink. For bodybuilding it's a waste of money. If you're actually serious about losing weight stay disciplined. All it does is help you not to overeat because it causes nausea. Just take the EC stack and maybe add yohimbine hcl if you want to get fancy for appetite reduction. I actually took it out of curiosity to see the hype from my online clinic, and was not impressed. Not only wasn't it actually effective, but it fukked with my blood sugar where I felt like I was going to pass out and was seeing stars when lifting in the gym. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

Meds don't just cause weight gain. You either ate more or exercised less
