Not if they're 40. But they could if they're 20 and take creatine.

what if they are 30? 8lbs?

8lbs of muscle would be a big difference on a female petite frame

I dunno, not really. A woman can probably gain 8lbs of muscle just in their legs in a year.

They can gain 30lbs if they gain 100lbs in bodyweight.

Saying somebody can gain x amount of muscle is useless without stating how much total weight they would gain.
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!

The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.

They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......

well if one were to lean bulk and gain 20lbs in year 1, and then 15lbs in the year after that, I wonder how much muscle they'd have gained over 2 years

It lies all the time. Just say, I just checked other sources and found that isn’t possible or something along those lines and it’ll reply with something like “sorry, you’re correct that ____. I apologize for the confusion and appreciate you pointing out my inaccuracies.”

I would believe 10 would be the more common number with the standard .5 multiplier for every year there after being doable.
