The Raven fans in the DC area are super loyal and love this guy. If you look around the league this year having a decent qb is pretty rare so despite opinions here, his jersey is the most popular and he is loved by the DC Baltimore fan base.
This is just an observation as a 49er fan in this area.

This is the thing right here. If he doesn't look clutch in big games and especially in the playoffs, I'd hesitate to give him a fully guaranteed contract. The Watson contract already looks like one of the worst in sports history.
