New Live Action One Piece is really graphic

It's pretty gory. I'm digging the fight scenes so far. You can tell they put a lot money into this show to make it big. The manga author Oda is behind the live action show too which makes me think it will be good. Oda has good taste.

First episode got me hooked. I watched the anime in high school. I know the story really well. They do a REALLY good job at capturing the essence of the anime and the manga so far. I'm very impressed. If its popular, the anime has over 1000 episodes, so the live action could go on for a few seasons if its popular. I'm stoked. I want to see them do CP9 live action.

anime is really good too. but it has way too much filler episodes. i would say easily 200+ filler

Well so far its based off the anime entirely, we won't experience woke bs for awhile. But Oda does woke stuff. Like transgender main characters that take hormones.

I highly recommend the show by the way. They did the anime and manga justice and the fantasy setting is well done. The actors really devoted their life at perfecting their characters. You can tell.

In the manga, Luffy goes to some Prison to rescue Ace and one of the prisoners is a tranny guy who has the hormone hormone fruit. This wont be in the live action. Its too far into the anime. I really doubt we will get as far as to Ace in the Live Action.

I hope your stoked for the Crocodile arc tho. Thats what got me into One Piece.
