Should I just pay my ticket?

Why did I get pulled over for not having my seat belt on and why do I have to go to court for this nonsense? This has to be a joke. If they are going to enforce seatbelts then they better enforce other petty laws

If you say that seat belts are more important to enforce, then you already acknowledge that there is heirarchy of law

So if they are enforcing no seat belts by pulling you over then they are not enforcing more dangerous laws, which means they are wasting your tax money and police resources

He just didn't like the answers he got so he's going to try again.

Not wearing a seatbelt is stupid.

Even if you dont care about safety, its the easiest ticket a cop can hand out. They obviously can see you arent wearing it so its like wearing a sign that says you want a ticket.

You gave them a free shot and they took it. Pay the ticket and move on. Protesting it wont change the system, it will only be a waste of your time.
