Wtf Happened To Christian Guzman? (Pics...wtf)

Just saw this post on IG and then looked through his IG.

I understand he doesn't sleep, works all the time, then just did a bunch of prep for a BB show doing his bicycle rides, but wtf.

Dude looks like he's dying. Went from starved and stage ready to a puffy gremlin in like 2 weeks. That OJ does some real damage. Not trying to just hate but is no one in his life telling him he looks extremely unhealthy and abnormal?

High dose roids fuk you up.

Also they can drastically alter your physique/face pretty quickly in some cases so the difference is even easier to notice.

Yea I get he's been using each year he does his summer shredding thing, but he still always looked normalish and just tired when he gained weight back.

This time he looks really bad. He has a huge hunch back neck too. He must have really upped his dose this time to end up looking like this.

jesuschrist wtf. I watched a vid of him like a month ago and he was just out of competition and supposedly he was goint to stay on prep to keep competing. That cant be real life.


No wonder he finally proposed, must have seen his reflection in the mirror, and realized he looked more like his dad now than his 5 years ago self, so he panicked. Losing hair rapidly too while gaining weight in all the wrong places.



I think thats super high stress, plus water retention from fuked up hormones, and obviously that looks like a body and face that has been eating 1000 grams of carbs and especially sugar for the last few weeks. That could be easily fixed if he wanted, he just needs to get his **** together.

Travelling, airplanes, alcohol, bad diet and steroids is definitely a terrible recipe. It can make you lose 2-3 points in the looks scale easily, but you can go back to normal with a couple days of fasting (Srs), been there done that


Dude ATM probably has his ankles as swollen as if he just broke them 3 hours ago, from just water retention and stress.
