It's not as bad on your joints as running either.

Spin bike and heavy bag; also furious masturbation if that counts. Occasional runs at work if I need to.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Can confirm.

Nothing right now. But going to try to hit 700lb deadlift in a couple weeks and then go on a cut after and add some light cardio. Probably just walking on an incline at first.

Walk as much as I can daily.
In the gym I usually go for the elliptical or stationary bike. I know those are bitch machines but they work for me.

I have been running 3 miles in the AM before work since April. There are some mornings where I really have to force myself to do it, especially now since I've been using my treadmill. After I'm done I'm thankful I forced myself to do the work. That discipline has helped me cut down drinking a ton, because when I think about grabbing a drink I force myself not to and when the craving goes away the thankfulness comes back in the same way. I didnt really have an issue drinking on worknights but there was times that I would have a beer or 2 in the evening after work.

I swim 2 miles 3 times a week (the 3 days that I don't lift).
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!
The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.
They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......
